Under this new initiative, the company is set to organise training programmes encompassing in-demand industry skills with an aim to bridge the skill gap at its company and across the global compostable packaging segment. The programmes will be affiliated with institutes and organisations such as IMFA, NCVT, IIPM, and the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts, Germany.
